These terms apply when you use this website, request a free audit, or exchange messages with Orlando AI Advisors.
What we do
We assess where a business is losing time and revenue — most often to missed calls and manual follow-up — and we build and maintain the systems that fix it. Any build is quoted from the findings of your audit and agreed in writing before work starts.
The free audit
The audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It produces an estimate of the revenue you may be losing, calculated from the figures you give us together with industry-typical assumptions, which we show alongside the result.
Our audit figures are an estimate, not a guarantee. They are derived from the information you provide and are not drawn from your phone records or accounts. Actual results vary by business, market and execution.
Messaging
If you give consent, we may contact you by text message about your enquiry. Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 5 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us. Fees
Ongoing plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. One-time builds are quoted individually and agreed before work begins. Current pricing is shown on our website and any quote we give you is valid for the period stated on it.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to hold the necessary rights and permissions for any accounts or data you ask us to work with, and to use anything we build for you lawfully — including complying with the messaging and calling rules that apply to your own business.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant any specific financial outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Third-party platforms
Our builds often run on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, pricing changes, or policy decisions, though we will help you work around them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
