Orlando AI Advisors ("we", "us") helps Orlando home-service and trades businesses stop losing time and revenue to missed calls and manual follow-up. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

- Information you give us — your name, business name and trade, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our audit form or by phone, text, email or chat.
- Information collected automatically — basic usage data such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Call and message content — if you call or text our published number, the call may be answered by our AI receptionist and a transcript or recording may be retained so we can follow up accurately.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit you requested.
- To contact you about that enquiry by phone, email or text message.
- To schedule and remind you about appointments you book with us.
- To improve our own service. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.
SMS and mobile information
If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages relating to your enquiry — such as a reply to your audit request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the service you asked about.
- Consent is always optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. It is typically fewer than 5 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that operate our systems on our behalf — for example our CRM and phone/messaging provider — and only so they can deliver that service to us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
